I chose the name movei because I worked a lot on improving the speed of my legal move generator before I decided to develop it into a chess program. The move generator is a complicated move generator and generates only legal moves. I decided to stop it at some point after I was faster than everything in calculating perft but I believe that it is possible to improve it again and I may try to do it because movei wastes most of it's time on generating moves.
