I think you are right that the nunn test is for fritz5 because I remember that mark young did tests of Junior4.6 against fritz5 with book opening of chessmaster and the result was that Junior4.6 was better at fast games but fritz5 was better at a slower time control. I did not get this result when I did the nunn test with Junior4.6 and fritz5 and fritz5 was better in fast and slow games. Junior5 is significantly better because it won fritz5 in 10 minutes+10 seconds per move. The reason I believe Fritz5 has better general position understanding than Junior4.6 is that Fritz5 had better results when mark young gave it more time. I am not sure about Junior5 and I should do another test I think to let Junior5 play against fritz5 all the positions after the 10th move of black in the match rebel-anand and to see what is the result. This will give an indication which program is better in general position understanding. If Junior's result improves with time than Junior has better positional understanding.
