An interesting comparison:
Crafty 18.15 Crafty 16.3
2.60 f5 7.6 seconds 0 seconds
2.61 Bf5 6.5 seconds 12 seconds
2.62 f4 0 seconds 0 seconds
These were both run on a single AMD 1.73Ghz CPU with 96M hash and 48M hashp (40M
hashp for 16.13).
