Trust both to maintain their own clocks.  The notion of the clock in this case
is to make the contest fair and under known circumstances.  As long as the
clocks fulfill that promise, I see no difficulty.  We simply trust both players
to use their own equipment properly.  I think Amir's idea is an excellent one,
as it prevents inadvertent flag fall from a lag in relaying the moves.
