Linux exclusively at home. I use win4lin to run fritz and hiarcs 8.0.
I love unix. I like the power that unix utilities like grep, awk, sed,
perl, python, expect etc. etc. provide the user.

At work I run Solaris (another flavor of unix). Everything works seamlessly.
It's not that I hate any other OS, I just need to get things done quickly
and efficiently. If an alien from planet X showed up tomorrow with an
operating system provably better then I would probably switch. Until then,
I'm sticking with Linux/Unix.

Oh, by the way, I run KDE at home and my wife and 13-year old daughter have
no problems with it all (obviously, I perform the system admin stuff, but
they love the stability and speed). In fact, it was my wife who pushed me
into running Linux on *all* of our computers. She became jealous of the
fact that my web browser never crashed ;)

Again, Linux. I run a number of test suites and test games. The results are
post-processed using perl. I graph the data using gnuplot, etc. etc.

Right now, only Linux/Solaris (unless you count the copy of Windows 98 I run
under Win4lin- which by the way, runs as fast or faster than running a native
copy of Windows 98 on the same machine. It's also much more stable. Actually,
Windows isn't that bad if you run it under Linux :)
