Tiger is fast relative to movei but based on results of other programs like
crafty even 64 seconds on p4-1.6Ghz are not good results.

movei(p800 32 Mbytes hash) needs more than 11 minutes to fail high and more than
12 minutes to solve the fail high.

The problem with Bf5 is the hardest problem because programs have to see the
tactics when in other cases they may be lucky to play the right move because of
evaluation that is 0.0x pawns better.
