Deep Frozen http://www.frozen.se/en/df.html
If you don't have a browser then follow Vincent Diepeveen's advice when he
posted the following:
Type from a command prompt, which you open by clicking 'start' 'msdos prompt'
and then you type IN that window next after you are connected to the internet:
ftp [enter]
open [enter]
ftp.cis.uab.edu [enter]
anonymous [enter]
--> your_email_address [enter]
cd pub/hyatt [enter]
dir [enter]
bin [enter]
--> then goto the right directory; cd directory [enter]
get [enter]
--> type the file you want and [enter]
--> NOW THE BIG TRICK: MSDOS file format nor NTFS nor win95 support
files with several dots, so type here a name with at maximum 1 dot
in 8.3 format, so maximum 8 letters 1 dot and then maximum 3 letters
and don't forget to press enter then. So source.tar.gz is something
you may not type, but source.tgz you MAY create under DOS/WINDOWS
DON'T FORGET to type that: bin [enter]
in this sequence otherwise you
don't get the file well. UNDER UNIX YOU MUST USUALLY SPECIFY THAT YOU WANT
TO FTP BINARY FILES AND NOT TEXT FILES, BECAUSE UNIX IS NOT FOR DUMMIES.
NOW THE WEIRD THING IS THAT 99.99% OF THE FILES THAT GET FTPED ARE BINARY.
