I own both.  Chess Tiger is clearly superior in both strength and features (and
GUI), but that doesn't mean Chess Genius is bad by any means.  Until Chess Tiger
came out, Chess Genius for Palm was the best and seemed surprisingly strong
given the platform and CPU.  Chess Tiger is of course even stronger, and the
engine is also being actively updated (which is not the case for Genius, I've
heard).
