I'm against read-only access (which would be only relevant for people who were "asked to leave" because of their previous abusive behaviour). The kind of people whom we don't want to keep to chose "Post Message" or "Submit Follow Up" here are notorious for (mis)quoting posts from CCC e.g. on r.g.c.c. It has happend before and I (speaking for myself) don't like the possibility that my posts are presented in a distorted form to people who maybe don't have access to CCC and hence neither are in a position to know the whole text of my article nor the context in the thread of a discussion. I would prefer to give people a second chance after a certain period of time with all rights and privileges of a regular member of this CCC community. Moritz
