The new "Quickstart" feature is sort of like this. You can choose a particular
level of opponent (from Novice to GM), and the program will pick a random
personality within that pre-defined range.

Rather intrusive, IMO. Although I suppose it COULD be done. However, it will not
be in CM9000.
