But isn't this problem almost insolvable in general. For example Chessbase
native engines belong to the GUI process. So, running a ponder on match vs. and
UCI or WB engine, will allways give the native engine more CPU time. Even more
extreme, I have seen this in a beta version of ChessAssistent, where the native
engine got something like 90% CPU, while UCI/WB engines only got 10%, in ponder
on matches.
