Since when did _you_ take part in an "intelligent conversation"?  You seem
to like to resort to the above sort of put-down when your point gets whacked
away.

64 bit computing _does_ work for those programs that need 64 bit wide data
words.  At least for me.  If you can't make it work for you, so be it.  But
don't project your shortcoming on everyone else.  _some_ of us are having
good success on 64 bit hardware.  Some of us plan on continuing to enjoy the
benefits of the next generation of the N-bit war...
