Looks like you can use -march=1.1 to make a 32-bit program and -march=2.0 to make a 64-bit program. So you can build two versions of Crafty with these switches, run them on a PA 8000, and the increase in speed with the latter is how much the 64-bit datapath gives you. -Tom
