When I said "see", I didn't mean "see how it plays". I meant that I want to be able to display data graphically, using graphs and boards that I can mark. For example, if I'd like to be able to see which squares are attacked, I can just create a board that has red squares as attacked by white. But it's not super important. I think it will help in creating more advanced evaluation function factors, but other than that, it's not a big deal. Since I won't be working on "advanced" evaluation for quite some time, I'm not too worried about writing my own GUI yet. Russell
