Chessbase news section (the home page) can be concidered an alternative to gambitsoft. also for updates and release of new programs you can always visit chessmaster, rebel and obviously chessbase webpage. No, I am afraid we dont have anything like gambitsoft. This forum is a very good source of information. IMO, before asking about updates and news about new engine (which was your main intention inthe original post), the urls that I gave could be a good source of information. And since you visit this forum frequently anyways, you are likely to get any updates and information that comes up. As Terry said, gambitsoft is not working anymore. cheers, pavs
