Auuuuww, your cooling setup is totally fubar!

In general, a working cooler+heatsink will never go above 65C even
in very hot environment temperatures.

Likely, the fan is not running at the full speed (worn out?) or the
installer forgot to remove the plastic between the heatsink and
the cooling pad.

You should _really_ bring the machine back and ask for a repair!
