Yes, you are right – no doubt about that.  The opening book
published on ChessliB as Lunsens opening book is definitely
ChessBases’s PowwerBook 2000.

In view of that the Power Book is the property of ChessBase
I take this situation very seriously.  The files will instantaneous
be removed from DL.

I know mr Lunsen as an honest man and have no reason to
belive that he deliberately sent me the CB-files.

In any case,  I am responsible for all contents at ChessliB
and will inform ChessBase about the incident.

Awaiting an explanation from mr. Lunsen, I have nothing
to add, apart from that I am very sorry for the violation
of ChessBase’s copyright.
