Aside from the fact I personally would NEVER buy an off the self computer from
Compaq or HP or anyother place (note that Compaq and HP are the same company now
I belive), the AMD XP 1600+ is a vastly supior to the Celeron.  The XP 1600+
compares to the 1.6 ghz P4, while the celeron is more compared to the Duron
processors.
