It is true that Chessbase 8.0 is a "Sledgehammer" [which is very much worth the
money if you have it] when what you are asking for is a "tackhammer."  Sadly,
there do not seem to be any tackhammners around.  A pity.  I prefer tackhammers
too, when I'm in a hurry.

I fell in love with the Chessbase Database software as soon as I got it.  You
will too, if you will take the time to explore all that it has to offer.

If you use Chessbase Opening Report to produce statistics for a million games,
it's going to take awhile.  Remember:  "Patience is a virtue."

Incidentally, I am NOT a paid sales person for Chessbase products.
