Subject: Human Super-GM Equivalents To Chess Programs...

Can we Kompile a list of (stereotypical maybe) human equivalents to the top
programs? Yes, there is no suggestion that the programs play anywhere *as well*
as the super-GMs named.... only a style-parallel is called for.

Like, say, Chess Genius == Capablanca (reasons: simplistic style, careful play,
accumulation of small advantages, quite happy to win in the endgame - avoids
violent pyrotechnics in favour of technical victory) or Karpov, even.

Or Chess System Tal == Lasker (poisoned water; maybe makes deliberately
provocative moves; anti-establishment/Tarrasch) - maybe there is a case for Tal
too.

Fritz = Alekhine?

And what about Nimzo?  :-)

And Deeper Blue?

Additions?  Suggestions?  Comments?  Criticism?  Refutation?

Kind regards

fca
