The trouble is, if you use different machines at home/work they don't share
browser history. It would be possible to code a proper read flag into the CCC
forum (ie when I click on an article, write an entry into a link table
referencing articles & users saying I've read it). When displaying the article
list, the link style could be set to bold if unread, or some such. No doubt this
would mean that CCC would be a bit more demanding on the server to run - it all
depends on the back-end implementation.
