I give up trying to explain this. If this is what you want, I'd recommend the engine Doctor 3 to you, or perhaps Fritz 3, or if you can't find that one, Fritz 5.32. The next choice would be Chess Tiger. It's completely pointless because the minimum ply depth you are asking for *does not mean the same in each program*. A different program can perform a lot more detailed analysis and still report the same ply depth than another one. -- GCP
