What did I do to "investigate" the problem? I actually have both books. I made the Lunsen book out of the database and saw that they were _not_ the same. If you BUILD the Lunsen book you can EASILY see that it is NOT the same book. The information inside is much different. There is also a bug in the book where you can't reset the move weighting. The PowerBook 2000 which I have does _not_ have this error. There are many differences but Harold didn't take the time to see them instead just came publically and making himself look like a complete ass. I saw there was a difference and was about to post when I saw Harold's so called apology. Where I get off is the simple fact that Harold was a complete freaking moron to attack Mr.Lunsen before getting all the facts. Suppose Mr.Lunsen worked for a software manufacturer and his boss also posted or read this forum. Basically he was accused of "stealing" and "warezing" someone else's work. How do you think his boss would have reacted? I would think he would be fired just due to the possibility he might do the same to the software he was working on. Did you ever stop to think about that? I have seen idiots like Harold, run people off this board just because he doesn't agree with their views. I have also replayed most of Harold's games where he has "beaten" top engines only to find out he has about 30 take backs from the games, or another engine plays the _exact_ same moves. If proof is needed I can easily prove that his "wins" are nothing more than another program's wins. Nothing more nothing less. Analyze some of "his" games with Gambit Tiger or Junior 7 and you will see _exactly_ what I mean. His moves are 100% computer generated. No question. Or he has so many takebacks a child could win in the same situation.
