I don't think the sign up sheet changed appreciably. There was never any
mention of our sending or not sending email to people who signed up. But
about a year ago, all on our own, we supplied a page for members to
opt off the email list, change their passwords, and change their email
addresses. I announced this in an email and on the message board.
