There is no need to apologize to someone who thinks the universe revolves around them. This is a service that is provided to all of us absolutely free, and I find it to be a great source of enjoyment and not to mention an absolutely invaluable resource when I have a problem or a question. If a single email is sent every now and then (or even once a week), that's well worth the price of "free" for such a service. I think it is absolutely the most self centered thing I've ever heard that people would complain about such a thing. You are provided with a service that sucks up a ton of bandwidth and costs someone a good chunk of money, and you are provided that expensive service absolutely free. You are able to communicate with some of the best and brightests and most experienced minds in the field of computer chess, and you are provided all of this for the "cost" of getting a single email every now and then about chess products. I have news for anyone who thinks it's their "right" to be able to post here. Contrary to your view that you are the center of the universe, the world would not end if you left and never posted here again. This entire topic of people thinking that so many things are their "right" today is one that I find quite irritating. If you arne't willing to live with an occasional email for CCC allowing you to read and post here, then I'd say you can find your way over to rec.games.chess.computer and you can put up with much more spam there and see how you like that. This is a wonderful service that is provided to all of us at absolutely no cost. I am very thankful that I have such a place that is both moderated and filled with such great minds to discuss computer chess with. Anyone who has a problem with it can just get lost and never come back as far as I'm concerned. They ALLOW you to be here. It's not your right. Russell
