Hi Ron, Frank knows the charter and he started the OT subject. His opinion
can be made on CTF, but he was rude in trying to embarrass Steve
Schwartz, a gentleman who has generously given us two forums in
which we can express our ideas.
Mr. Quisinsky ungraciously took more liberties than he was entitled.
Sorry, but I am no fan of ungrateful people. I believe you mean
well, but Frank made an ultimatum, and that is very uncool.
