Why should he waste a fraction of a second on unsubscribing to something he
didn't subscribe to?
This is typical agressive marketing, the mail was not something he asked for and
it was not directed to him personally, that is spam in a nutshell.

I think he asked a legit question, the responses he recieved has been way out of
line.
