As we agree in the core of the issue, it does not matter anymore, but just as a
point of a little debate I would like to say that IF we take into account that
any kind of publicity never was solicited AND usually we do not feel outraged
because of that, because we see adds in the ways, in buildings, in TV, in
newspapers, etc because they are a fact of life, perhaps this email advertising
should be considered as less obnoxious and less a motive to complain, as much,
opoosed to average adds, you can reject it. The other, common publicity, make
use of you eyes, ears, etc, without remedy. We are surrounded by it, no way.
