I know 3 people who have the Hiarcs6/Fritz engine.
All of them also own the Hiarcs6/DOS version for several reasons:

1. Opening book optimized for Hiarcs 6
2. EPD support
3. Works with Chess Assistant
4. Auto232/Chess232 support
5. Potentially faster than Hiarcs6/Fritz
6. Different playing styles (Solid, Normal, Aggressive instead of only "normal")
7. Different selectivity settings
8. Fischer Random support
9. Contempt factor
10. Rating feature
11. Mark position/goto keypoint features for post mortem analysis
12. Different output of "game analysis" when compared with Fritz engines
(Hiarcs6/DOS gives the usual "computer best line + score" analysis)

Why don't you try pissing on another tree just for a change, Thorsten?
