In order to be counted, that link had to appear on the pages of a chess web site. However, without notice, it appears that the FIDE site went down about a week ago. Since the process of removing the link and then putting it back ups is so incredibly tedious, we were waiting to see if the site would come back up, but it is beginning to look hopeless. We may be taking that link down shortly. Steve
