Until last year, no.  Now, the answer seems to be "yes" since multiple-cpu
machines competed in the last WMCCC event.

One is limited hardware, or "nearly-equal" hardware.  The otherthing is
like top fuel in dragsters.  Anything you care to put on there is ok..
