It just occured to me that someone who is familiar with the Win32
Auto232 library could create a simple auto232 to winboard interface
program with little difficulty.  I am not familiar with Win32 auto232
myself so there may be something I am missing here, but at face value
it looks like a couple day job for someone with the right experience.

Maybe I will look into it if no one else is interested.
