While I doubt anyone knows more about Crafty than Hyatt, perhaps one of them would be better at "vocalizing" what the problem is. GCP doesn't have 30 years of C programming (like Hyatt or Dann) so he is usually better at bringing things down to a simplier tone. For me at least.
