It is very easy to set up your own web page with download capability. Arasan is
migrating to Geocities (http://geocities.yahoo.com/ps/advantage), which is easy
to use and inexpensive.

If you don't want to bother with that, University of Pittsburg Chess Club
(http://www.pitt.edu/~schach) has a large download collection and will probably
be ok with adding your program to it. If it's for Windows, you might also
consider uploading it to WinSite (http://www.winsite.com), which is a large
Windows download site.
