In my opinion, John, the world is about more than marketing, and companies have an obligation to customers who are at the cutting edge, as this group is, especially those who seek to self-honestly test and improve the program, as this group has. Money can't buy that kind of loyalty. Perhaps to your company, chess is just about return on investment. But to most of those here, chess is one of those rare points in life where the intellect makes contact with something beautiful. As such, it belongs to all of us, and should be respected as more than a mere "product." I certainly hope that you will take up the suggestions of this group and improve your feature set in accordance with their recommendations. I would think it would be an honor to your company to have the ear of this group of fine researchers, programmers, and patrons. Roger
