Subject: Need help in this postion because some engines thinks Nd2 is good

but i think Qh6 leads to win for white where Nd2 leads to draw or lose for white
i am not sure but Qh6 leads to win here is the game sorry i was not able to load
the position.before can someone analyse and tell me does Qh6 really leads to win
for white or not..........
