Delfi has been designed to emulate human chess:

It has been said then and when, that Rebel Century has the most human style
among the top chess programs.

The definition of "human chess program" is not clear (although anybody will
roughly understand what is meant by that). - Probably (?) it's more or less the
same than a "positional style", IOW. with more positional knowledge visible. I
cannot comment if, and how much, the examples above meet that definition. I
think most chess engines will play human-looking moves sometimes, and also the
usual "ugly" computer moves then and when. But most moves (of comps and of
humans as well) probably can't be categorized like that.
