This almost qualifies as a Zen koan (such as "What is the sound of one hand
clapping?). Or you might as well ask, "Which automobile is most human?".
Various claims have been made for various programs, but I do not see how any of
them can be valid, since no current programs attempt to mimic human thought
processes, especially pattern-matching and goal-directed behavior. How can any
program guided by centipawn evaluations claim to be "human"? This is not meant
to disparage the programs, which have advanced to such a point as to call into
question whether human thought processes are necessarily best, at least for
purposes of playing chess.
