Were no complaints made at that time by yourself and others?. Especially when Asia isn't exactly in either continent. Paderborn 1999 Then it should be North America again in 2002. It seems odd to me that the charter you refer to wouldn't have been re-written especially in light of the emergence of other continents. Sarah.
