Because Palm will probably using the same ARM procesor PocketPc is using. The main issue is the OS and the price-tag. PocketPc, as to now, has a better-looking OS than Palm (IMO). the new PalmOS (5?) is also very nice, but IMO it is not as nice as PocketPc OS. And Palm comes with a much lower price, which is a good reason to get Palm, if you are not a serious corporate user. my 2 cents. cheers, pavs
