No Fernando. The quality of the work is not what makes the programmer
professional of not. I don't see the word "amateur" as being pejorative. You can
call me an amateur, it's okay.

I have another "real" job, and I make money from it. Then I use this money to
spoil it into my computer chess passion. I buy books, programs, computers to run
automatic tests, airplane tickets to participate to lottery-tournaments, hotel
rooms and so on... I should add the following to the list: gifts so my
girlfriend forgives me for all the time I spend on my program. :)

It is true that Chess Tiger 10 is currently being sold in France, but given the
number of units that have been sold, I couldn't even pay the airplane ticket to
come and participate to the french championship.

So please, I'm a real amateur.
