So we are down to 7 full time programmers that are making a living from chess
engine development. Surely de Koning is able to live off of his contract with
Mindscape.

Are these  7 the only ones?

I forgot one. Who is the engine developer for the Saitek dedicated machines.
Surely he must be full time?
