I hope I never said he was a "fraud".  I did say that something was
wrong with the setup, however.  As the trojan code was disabled...

Correct.  It can no longer be disabled manually, because it is now an auto-
matic thing.

Never said he "cheated".  Just that something was wrong...  And not
necessarily something wrong that was caused by him..
