I believe you have it upside down...
The slower the games, the better I think he would go. At G/1 minute, I think he
will lose nearly 100%. At blitz speeds, he can probably win or draw some with a
good plan. At 40/2, he would probably do very well {maybe get 1/3 of the points
or more}. I think he will kill the programs at correspondence speed {have a
better record than the computers}.
I think he is around IM level, if I recall correctly. (2100 German rating)
