Lynnett's notes used to say "Lynnett is no computer". Someone told me he plays the openings, and might intervene at other times. He speaks German if someone wants to try to get more info out of him, he doesn't speak English so well. >YucoII, matemastr, XFiles and Thoth are crafties. This is an older rating, it hasn't been around much lately or I think it would get punched out. The version on the Alpha was doing so bad recently that it isn't even on the blitz list that was posted here. >dustbin is Moritz Berger playing with any engine he feels like, usually Rebel9. >Lonnie does the same, and likes Fritz5 and Junior46. It's a 3-hirn collaboration of Wchess and Mchess (why >he didn't call it WMchess is beyond me). Good-Boy used to play zero increment against humans only, he was busted for doing this, and now he plays with increment against computers only. I don't think he is telling the truth in his notes. I think he is Fritz on something faster. I don't think it is a 3-brain, it says "or" in its notes. >When in doubt, assume it's a crafty. If it noplays other computers, you can be >sure. Noplaying other computers isn't a guarantee, but it is an indication that the thing might be automatic, since a manual operator can filter out bogus match requests. bruce
