On the flip side Kasparov might say those programs aren't as Strong as Deep(er)
Blue. And that many of those programs apart for possibly chessbase would have
the million+ to offer him. I think the upcomming Kramnik match will be as
interesting as the Deep Blue matches provided it happens. I hope Chessbase uses
either the New Itanium2's or the Opteron if they could get it. The Opteron isn't
going to be publicly available untill next year but imagine if AMD got on the
bandwagon how much that would help them right now!!!
