Chessmaster 9000, on a PIII-600, does not announce a mate in less than 30
minutes:

Time	Depth	Score	Positions	Moves
0:04	1/3	0.87	209120 1.Nxc6+ Qbxc6 2.Qaxc6 Qhxf4 3.Qc7+
					Qxc7 4.Qxc7+ Qxc7 5.Bxc7+ Kc8 6.Qdxf6
3:02	1/4	7.41	9242935 1.Nxc6+ Qbxc6 2.Qcxc6 Nxc3+ 3.Qfxc3
					Qe2+ 4.Kxc1 Qe1+ 5.Kb2 Qxa2+ 6.Qxa2
					Rxa2+ 7.Kxa2
25:11	1/5	14.82	83830444	1.Nxc6+ Qbxc6 2.Qaxa6 Nxc3+ 3.Qcxc3
					Be2+ 4.Qfxe2 Qg1+ 5.Bxg1 Qxc3 6.Nxf6

But, as requested, here's the result for Black to move (19 seconds to announce
Mate in 9, and 26 seconds to announce Mate in 8):
