In theory, the score should be something like 0.17 or so. In this case, my guess is crafty is skewing the score with its asymmetric eval. I think it may be kicking in a penalty for having all the pawns on the board. I think RH has mentioned having such a penalty to coerce crafty into seeking out open positions. The bottom line is, does it play ok. The actual score matters less.
