You should really find out some information before giving your critique. My understanding is that Torsten will run a companion tournament on P200's and compare the results of the two. It is actually a very nice experiment to test the effect of computer speed on tournament outcome. It is particularly interesting to amateur programmers, like myself, who are getting the opportunity to see our programs tested in a tournament format. - Dan (author of EXchess, currently in the middle of the pack :)
