Depends on how you define a program owning a book. If the underlying thought is
that the booksource is unique for each competitor and that the book author is
associated with the team behind the program, I think it's not to far off. A bit
of clarification might be helpful though, but it's early stages.

The easiest way might be to define a team consisting of author(s) responsible
for book and program with the requirement that they can only appear in one team.
Whether something more lenient should be allowed when it comes to book authors
is another matter.
